Saga Health · First Responders

Health is not
optional. It's
operational.

We heal first — a physician-supervised program that gets first responders healthy and gives them back years. Then we coach: many of the people who complete it go on to guide their own communities. First responders are where we started; what we prove here, Personage extends to every population.

Heal

Get your people healthy — and keep them on the job.

Saga runs a 20-week, physician-supervised program with continuous biometric monitoring that works on metabolic health at the root — measurable improvement for first responders, and more quality years back.

For an agency, health is readiness. Metabolic decline sits underneath the disability claims, the line-of-duty risk, and the long-tail workers'-comp exposure that a public-agency compensation trust ultimately carries. Healthier responders mean fewer of those costs — and people who can do the job they trained for, longer.

Then coach

The best coaches come from the ranks.

A large share of the people who finish the program make exceptional coaches. We recruit, train, and employ some of them to guide the next cohorts in their own communities.

Care delivered by coaches with lived experience who are also trained and supervised is what moves the two numbers every program lives or dies on: engagement and retention. A coach who understands the calls, the shift, and the pressure earns trust a stranger can't — and the credential and the physician supervision are what make it care. Lived experience opens the door; training and supervision are what happen once you're through it.

The principle isn't unique to first responders. Match the helper to the population's context, pair that context with training and supervision, and engagement follows — for every community we serve.

A pathway

The program that heals you can become work that sustains you.

Becoming a coach is also a path to financial security, and we're building that thread deliberately — because for many first responders, financial pressure is one of the stressors their health is carrying. It's early work, and we'll say more as it takes shape.

Bring this to your agency.

Fire, police, EMS, dispatch, corrections, air traffic control — if you carry the health and the risk of a first-responder workforce, we should talk.
